Frequently asked questions about pricing
Are there any hidden fees for invoices?
No. Invoices, customers, users, quotes, services, and projects are unlimited within reasonable fair use.
What does fair use mean?
Storage and traffic are included for normal usage. For unusually large volumes, we will agree separately.
Can we have multiple brands?
Yes. An additional brand costs +149 SEK/month in Standard, or is included in the Enterprise plan.
Do you offer platform training?
Yes. We offer training on request — both one-to-one and one-to-many — via video call or on-site as needed.
When should we choose Enterprise?
When you need multiple brands, custom design templates, prioritized onboarding, a dedicated contact person, prioritized SLA, or other agreed terms.
